Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies, Incorporated, a worldwide leading diversified manufacturer of premium building products and related technology has an immediate opening for a Sales & Technical Roofing Rep – Roof Restoration in SE Florida US. This position will provide sales and technical support to Roof Restoration contractors, distributors, and sales representatives throughout the 5 counties in SE Florida for SPF and coatings. Training responsibilities will include all CWT Roof Restoration Products to include Spray Foams, Acrylics, Silicones, and primers. This position will call on distributors, contractors, HOAs and BO and will also provide roofing technical support. Finally, the SE FL Sales & Technical Roofing Rep will administer regional marketing programs, trainings, and conferences to support continued growth of CWT's Roof Restoration Products.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops a territory business plan to achieve the annual sales target established by CWT.
  • Develops and prepares monthly reports on assigned sales and technical activity, utilizing Salesforce.
  • Works with the existing contractor and distribution networks in promoting and developing the awareness level of CWT's comprehensive product line and ancillary products in the specified market area.
  • Works with assigned distribution partners to present CWT's products to contractors, owners, and specifiers.
  • Knowledge and understanding of sales and project management techniques, including utilizing Salesforce for daily pipeline management.
  • Candidate must be able to speak in front of distributors, contractors, HOA boards, building owners and roofing consultants.
  • Effective formal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand, learn and teach technical aspects of commercial roof renovations.
  • Perform final roof inspections on completed projects.
  • Perform fieldwork to assist CWT Roof Restoration customers in their respective needs such as sales, job site visits, troubleshooting, product knowledge training, etc.


Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:

  • Candidates must have strong verbal/written communication skills. This would include working in Salesforce, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.


Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, construction management or related field is highly preferred; Equivalent experience (5+ years) in commercial roofing will be considered.
  • 10 years of experience in polyurethane roof industry preferred.
