You'll support Jupiter Sales Agents, manage partnerships, and engage in proactive outreach, all within a supportive team that values growth and professional development. This role is focused on sales support and helping our agents grow.


Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial mind set.
  • Experience with marketing, sales, customer service and/or relationship building.
  • Experienced with Canva, Photoshop, Microsoft Products ex: PowerPoint and Excel
  • 0 - 2 years of experience
  • Interest in technology or sales
  • Growth-minded with an entrepreneurial spirit and interest in joining a fast-growing Fintech organization.
  • Willingness to display flexibility in a fast-paced and quickly evolving environment.
  • Motivation for growing relationships with agents
  • Team player, eager to learn.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRMs, spreadsheets, email, calendars, and other organizational platforms.
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite at events.
  • Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, Merchant Services and/or Payments Support is a significant advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build key partnerships with existing Sales Agents and company partners, supporting their needs and business requests to help them grow their business with Jupiter Payments.
  • Assist in checking with Sales Agent weekly by monitoring current sales efforts, informing agents about marketing initiatives, and assisting with client paperwork etc.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for triaging entry-level questions and concerns from the sales team, escalating to the appropriate internal team(s) as necessary.
  • Develop strong relationships with each agent to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Brainstorm and implement new Sales Agent outreach efforts to increase engagement.
  • Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to align messaging and outbound sales initiatives.
