Jacent Strategic Merchandising is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, building retail displays, and merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with in-store management to ensure effective merchandising strategies.
- Merchandising Resets: Execute merchandising resets to drive sales and maximize retail space.
- Retail Display Building: Design and build visually appealing retail displays to showcase products and drive customer engagement.
- Impulse Item Merchandising: Merchandise impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks to increase sales and drive customer engagement.
- Plan-O-Gram Implementation: Implement plan-o-grams to optimize retail space and drive sales.
- Self-Starter: A self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for 3-8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive hand movements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with business partners.
- Residency: Resides within 20 miles of Jupiter, FL.
