Key Responsibilities:
- Promote membership sales through education on health and wellness
- Achieve key performance metrics - average transaction value and rebooking rates - through memberships, service add-ons, and retail sales
- Generate membership leads; Follow up with prospective members
- Handle phone inquiries, schedule client appointments, and manage customer profiles and records
- Oversee cash handling - responsible for daily cash management
- Manage customer expectations; Address customer issues; Retain memberships
- Comply with Scenthound's cleanliness and sanitation standards - maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Scenter Manager
