The Customer Engagement Specialist plays a vital role at Scenthound, concentrating on promoting memberships while delivering outstanding service to every client.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are in search of a results-driven team player who possesses a passion for sales and customer service. A successful Customer Engagement Specialist is sociable, self-driven, an independent thinker, and a caring dog enthusiast. We seek a dedicated team member eager to progress their career through our training pathway to become a Scenthound Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote membership sales through education on health and wellness
  • Achieve key performance metrics - average transaction value and rebooking rates - through memberships, service add-ons, and retail sales
  • Generate membership leads; Follow up with prospective members
  • Handle phone inquiries, schedule client appointments, and manage customer profiles and records
  • Oversee cash handling - responsible for daily cash management
  • Manage customer expectations; Address customer issues; Retain memberships
  • Comply with Scenthound's cleanliness and sanitation standards - maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Scenter Manager
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
