Teph Seal Auto Appearance is a leading provider of automotive detailing services, operating within dealership environments across the nation. Our commitment to excellence and innovation sets us apart, and our talented team members are the cornerstone of our success.
Key Responsibilities:
The Automotive Appearance Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Thoroughly washing vehicle exteriors using specialized cleaning products.
- Applying wax and buffing surfaces to achieve a high-gloss finish.
- Vacuuming and cleaning vehicle interiors to remove dirt and debris.
- Utilizing air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces and apply protective chemicals.
- Employing dyes, paints, and waxes to safeguard upholstery and surfaces.
- Cleaning engine compartments and removing grease as necessary.
- Adapting to additional tasks as assigned by management based on operational requirements.
Working Environment:
This role is physically demanding and involves:
- Frequent movement, including bending, lifting, and reaching.
- Working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Handling multiple vehicles throughout the workday.
- Using safe, OSHA-approved cleaning products.
- Maintaining a high level of focus and attention to detail.
Compensation: Piecework compensation structure.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of one year of experience in automotive detailing.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- The ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- A commitment to treating each vehicle with care and respect.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliability in reporting to work on time and maintaining focus during shifts.
