Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily processing of the regional accounting team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and coach your team to ensure the highest level of quality.
  • Ensure accountability within your team, mentor and continue to grow their skills.
  • Oversee all monthly close procedures including monthly recording and reporting of all accounting activities.
  • Regularly present analysis and reports in an easy-to-understand format.
  • Review and approve various entries, monthly schedules, and spreadsheets for account reconciliations.
  • Manage all internal/external audit requests.
  • Review and post vendor invoices and payments and customer invoices and cash receipts.
  • Manage Regional Accountants to establish priorities, set objectives, and provide guidance and feedback to the brand.
  • Provide accurate, on-time income statements to General Managers.
  • Ensure that state and federal income tax reporting is accurate and current.
