Location:

Hybrid in Malvern, PA.


Shift:

Training hours: 8:30AM-5PM local time

Work hours/Post training hours: 9:30AM-6PM.


Pay Rate:

$20/hr (increase to $23/hr after 2 months).


What you will be doing:

  • Taking inbound calls to the Change of Ownership Department to assist clients with changes to their accounts after they’ve experienced a life-changing event (opening new accounts, transferring assets, updating account information).
  • Providing guidance to beneficiaries when inheriting account holder’s assets including assisting with web registration, pre-filling forms, and explaining the inheritance process and paperwork required.
  • Completing administrative tasks when notified of a client’s passing such as placing restrictions to secure decedent’s information and assets.
  • Familiarity with different investment account types (IRA, Individual, trust accounts) and being able to understand basic rules and regulations governing the different account types.


The right candidate will have:

  • Two years of Customer service and prior insurance or financial experience.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Exceptional client-relation, telephone etiquette and communication (oral and written) skills.
  • Empathetic predisposition, ability to navigate difficult and sensitive client situations well, and handle difficult conversations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and experience using multiple computer software/systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule.
