Key Responsibilities- Take inbound calls to assist clients with changes to their accounts after experiencing a life-changing event
- Familiarize yourself with different investment account types and basic rules and regulations governing these accounts
- Provide guidance to beneficiaries when inheriting Vanguard account holder's assets
- Complete administrative tasks when notified of a client's passing
- Document and note client interactions for case notes
- Navigate multiple computer screens, resources, and software to provide accurate responses to client inquiries
- Develop basic knowledge of Vanguard funds, products, and services, and of the overall Financial Services industry
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
