Our client - an investment firm in midtown NYC is seeking an Office Services Coordinator to support the Facilities team at the firm. The ideal candidate will be a team player and have a good attitude. This is a temp to perm position. This position is on site daily (m-f)

COMPANY: Investment Firm

POSITION: Temp to perm Office Services Coordinator

LOCATION: New York, NY

HOURS: 10:00am – 6:00pm (FULL TIME ONSITE)

COMPENSATION: $30-35/hour while temp (75-80K range while perm)

BACHELOR’S DEGREE: Preferred

Responsibilities of the Office Services Coordinator:

-General cleaning/restocking as necessary to ensure the office is presentable and ready for employees and guests

-Spot cleaning as necessary: floors, glass, etc.

-Set up lunch, break down breakfast set up

-Run dishwashers as necessary, refresh garbage bins

-Sweep/vacuum/mop as necessary (and as tolerable depending on meetings)

-Refresh/reset conference rooms after every meeting, restock waters

-Dust as necessary

-Greet vendors at freight entrance (Amazon, FedEx, messengers), distribute mail

-Assist Office Manager and IT Director with overseeing vendors if applicable

-Alert Office Manager to anything broken/out of order

-Ensure conference rooms are clean and ready for the next day

-Maintain office inventory: snacks, drinks, cleaning supplies, copy paper, printer toner

-Be available to assist any EAs with tasks or projects

-Assist Office Manager in overseeing vendors for any scheduled work and/or fixes

Requirements of the Office Services Coordinator:

-A minimum of a HS Diploma or equivalent

-Strong knowledge of the NYC metro area

-Excellent interpersonal skills; dependable team player, well organized, self-starter, good attitude

-Ability to independently multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

-Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
