**Office Services Coordinator**

WinCorp Solutions is seeking an **Office Services Coordinator **to serve as a consultant for our client, a global financial services company located in New York. This is a full-time, on site consulting opportunity. We provide desirable enterprise client engagements, and strive for excellent consultant care. **Qualifications**:

- Intermediate computer skills preferred Microsoft Office Suites.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Demonstrate strong decision making and problem-solving skills in a collaborative manner.
- Strong in written & verbal communication, organization, and project management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily operational support for the site, which may include reception coverage, visitor services, office moves, and timely responsiveness to customer requests.
- Administrative support for the office, including supply ordering and mailroom management/organization.
- Some vendor oversight & facilities management.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
