Role Description

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Doublecall, you will play a pivotal role in fueling our growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and presenting Doublecall’s software as the optimal solution to their sales hiring challenges. This position is perfect for a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a strong passion for sales and business development.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or a related field with a strong focus on cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage, build rapport, and create interest in new prospects.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft personalized outreach messages and handle objections effectively.
  • Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of resilience, able to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track outreach efforts and manage leads.
  • A passion for sales, business development, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic startup.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus, but not required.


Compensation and Benefits

Doublecall is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. For this role, the estimated hourly rate is $38.37 to $42.23 per hour, with an annual commission target of $30,000, resulting in an annualized total compensation range of $90,000 to $125,000 (base salary + commission).
