Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience as outlined below
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in a generalist role or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • 2 – 3 years job-related experience preferred in higher education.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS Systems (i.e., Banner, ADP, or Res Nav)
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Must possess sound judgment and critical thinking skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with ability to gather, interpret, organize and present data (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Google Email).
  • 1+ years supervisory experience, including recruiting, mentoring, career development, performance management, leadership, and team building.
