As the IT Assistant, your will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, managing our software, hardware, and networks to ensure smooth and efficient operation of our technology infrastructure supporting business operations. You will handle technology onboarding and off boarding for employees while maintaining confidentiality. This position reports to the IT Manager.


Responsibilities

‒       Manage user accounts, permissions, email, antivirus, and anti-spam.

‒       Troubleshoot issues, outages, and perform necessary repairs upgrades as well as database reporting.

‒       Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.

‒       Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software problems and perform repairs as necessary.

‒       Assist in documenting technical processes and procedures.

‒       Train new employees on using devices and software and other duties as assigned.


Desired Qualifications

‒      Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

‒      Working knowledge and experience of: Office 365 administration, SharePoint / Power Automate administration, Active Directory & Azure Active Directory, Crystal Report and SQL Database & MSMS (MS SQL Management Studio)

‒      At least 2 years of experience.

Physical Requirement
