Manager/VP of Sales:

Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader with a proven track record in sales and a passion for people management? We are seeking an experienced Mgr/Vice President of Sales to lead our team and drive growth for our temp and direct hire division. This high-impact role requires someone with strategic vision, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of business development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for Excel’s divisions.
  • Identify, target, and close new clients across a variety of industries with a special focus on temporary/contract lines of business
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead of industry developments.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership with a strong background in selling staffing services
  • Proven ability to create and implement successful sales strategies that result in measurable growth.
  • Experience leading a sales team and managing a high-volume sales pipeline.
  • Strong knowledge of billing services, revenue cycle processes, and related software solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree
