To start a career that is out of the ordinary, please apply...Job DetailsKantar LLCJob Title:  Principal, AnalyticsLocation:  Norwalk, CTDuties: Lead a team of consultants on-site that provide consulting directly to end clients and deliver a point of view into the design and development of marketing analytics, data engineering and data visualization projects. Oversee account delivery to ensure client expectations are met in scope, speed and quality and continuously gather and pass client inputs, perspectives, thinking and feedback to the offshore team. Own all aspects of growing a consulting services business such as business planning, target setting, relationship building and thought leadership in consulting projects. Provide expertise as an experienced consultant in the areas of portfolio strategy, opportunity identification, competitive strategy and data management. Work directly with senior clients such as Vice Presidents – Marketing Strategy & Insights, Category Marketing & Brand Marketing Directors. Support business development by leading communication and interaction with our clients to build upon established relationships as well as across portfolio of companies to provide all-inclusive data solutions. Acquire new leads and establish new client relationships within the account that can fuel revenue growth for the company. Supervises one Senior Director - Data Strategy & Engineering. Telecommuting / work from home is permissible.Work Schedule: 8:30am to 5:30pm.Job Requirements:Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or related field and 7 years of experience in occupation in development, delivery, and execution of analytical solutions using Statistical Analysis to derive insights; OR Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or related field and 5 years of experience in occupation in development, delivery, and execution of analytical solutions using Statistical Analysis to derive insights.Minimum Special Skills Requirements: Must have 5 years: implementing statistical analysis on SAS, R, SPSS, and Python; data consulting experience generating and showcasing brand stories across consumer survey data, household panel and syndicated retail measurement various data sources; managing data visualization projects to deliver User Interface/ User Experience oriented analytical solutions; demonstrating analytical solutions using Machine Learning and Bayesian Estimation; managing large client relationships thought leadership to build impactful solutions to nurture continued long term relationship, ensure quality in solution delivery, address concerns & complaints, create strategic plan to grow client partnership; and Marketing Data Management including data integration, data harmonization.
