Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer projects and meet customer expectations.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve our services and products.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 8-10 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing major accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Manages difficult customer situations and responds promptly to customer needs.
- Oral Communication: Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
- Written Communication: Writes clearly and informatively and presents numerical data effectively.
- Teamwork: Balances team and individual responsibilities and contributes to building a positive team spirit.
