Factory direct importer of Hard Surface flooring product. You will be our main point of contact in the Richmond, VA area and surrounding area promoting our products to flooring retailers only.


Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Territory Sales Representative at Guang Tai He Import Export Inc. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients within your assigned territory. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is preferred in Richmond, VA or surrounding city, with flexibility for some remote work. Most time will be spent in the field visiting new/existing customers.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales or related field
  • Flooring sales is a PLUS but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
  • Proficient in using CRM (HUBSPOT) software for sales tracking
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
