We are expanding our operations and are seeking a qualified outside sales representative with kitchen cabinet experience to lead our expansion into the Richmond, Virginia area. With a warehouse opening in the summer of 2024, it is the perfect time to join our team, build relationships with existing customers in the area, while bringing additional opportunities through networking, and knocking on doors.


The ideal candidate will have worked within the kitchen and bath industry, preferably as a rep in the area, and have existing relationships with kitchen and bath showrooms.

 

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage sales accounts relationships in Richmond and surrounding areas
  • Identify and pursue new dealers
  • Conduct cold-calls for potential leads
  • Communicate with established leads within territory and develop rapport


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
  • 4+ years' of experience in related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
