Department Overview

The Enterprise Support Team is designed to deliver high-touch administrative support to all departments with the goal of providing value added services that enable HAI Group’s mission, vision, and values to our customers. The department interacts with both external and internal customers and team members, ensuring that all service recipients receive exceptional customer service. Some tasks are owned and wholly operated by the department, such as managing incoming and outgoing mail, covering the main phone line, greeting visitors at the front desk, and managing office supply inventory. Those functions are intended to be completed in an efficient manner that allow the department to focus on its short and long-term support of other departments, alleviating the capacity of other departments as it relates to their administrative needs. The team also serves a role in ensuring administrative support is provided to the Executive Management Team, fielding both regular support and ad hoc requests, daily.
