Please note, IAT works on a hybrid schedule, working from the office Monday through Wednesday with the option of working remotely Thursday and Friday.

Responsibilities: Prepares rate, rule, and form filing submissions for all branches to respective state insurance departments. Reviews ISO to determine the ISO filing designations. Prepares or revises forms list for independent programs. Monitors submissions for changes in status or objections with correspondence with Business Unit to resolve issue. Notifies Business Unit of final status of Filing. Places copy of filing in ImageRight. Provides input for system requirements to accurately implement systems rates, rules, and forms. Researches lines of business by reviewing premium and loss history, expenses and projects for profit or loss for the line and develops Indicated Rate Level Exhibit. Researches changes that require a revision to manuals, forms list or procedures and prepare or makes necessary revision to company manuals.  Contributes to the planning and definition of new technology solutions and enhancements to existing solutions. Demonstrates ability to develop strong relationships with key business resources and project teams Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Risk Management & Insurance, Business, or Math) or equivalent experience. Equivalent Experience is defined as 4 years of experience working within compliance. Experience working in the insurance field is preferred. Basic mathematical skills and strong analytical skills Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail with a willingness to receive and act on direction given by others. Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong collaborative mindset Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience working in the P&C insurance field and working knowledge or familiarity with ISOnet and SERFF is preferred.
