Head of Talent Acquisition
Location: Irvine, Woodland Hills, 3 days onsite
Compensation- Sr Manager: 145-165. Director 165-180.

Serve as Talent Partner and Head of Talent Acquisition supporting leadership across corporate and field operations.
• Leadership and Executive Hires – manage and oversee the full cycle recruitment process for key roles in experienced leadership and executive hiring.
• Talent Acquisition Team Development – develop and empower the talent acquisition team to deliver excellence in the hiring manager and candidate experience.
• Industry Expert – stay progressive in industry and hiring trends, continually finding innovative ways to attract the best talent and creates the best end to end candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Employment Branding – work with marketing team to create compelling content for passive candidates to engage with our talent brand.
• Stakeholder Management – develop strong and collaborative working relationships with leaders; understands their priorities and how to best align talent to deliver results.
• Culture Champion – create and manage a compelling candidate experience that is a strong extension of our culture and core values.
• Hiring Compliance – stay up to date with federal, state, and local legal changes related to hiring, FLSA updates, and EEOC regulations.
• Organization Design and Structure – strategize how to maximize all talent pipelines; develop sourcing and job board strategy; manages the use of recruitment software.
• Talent Management – plan, source, recruit, on-board and integrate a highly qualified work force ready to meet the current and future needs of the business.
• Apprenticeships & Internships – develop and manage apprenticeship and internship programs.
• External Relations –decide when recruiting is outsourced and develop and manage relationships with outside recruiters; manages external relationships with colleges.
• Communications – ensure timely and relevant internal and external business and people-related communications.
• Budget – prepare, review, and oversee annual recruitment budget.
• Culture of Engagement – create work environments conducive to highly-motivated and fully engaged employees delivering their best.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources management.
• Professional Human Resources or Recruiting certification preferred.
• At least 10 years’ experience in a large organization with primary focus on talent acquisition. Ideal industries include, Real Estate, Property Management, Retail, and/or hospitality.
• Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, especially those related to recruiting and on-boarding practices.
• Understanding of and experience with relevant ATS/HRIS, CRM, social media/Marketing, AI and other recruitment technology, as well as networking, employee referrals, job postings, and conducting open houses/virtual job fairs.
