Compensation Range:
The compensation range for this executive role is $645,900 - $738,699. The established salary scales set the baseline remuneration determined by rank and/or step at appointment. The Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine plays a vital role within the School of Medicine, which comprises 24 departments that span basic science research to clinical specialties. As the Chair of the Department, you will serve as the academic, clinical, and administrative leader, overseeing a team of 40 to 50 faculty members. Your responsibilities will include directing patient care, education, and research initiatives, while ensuring that all programs are aligned with the institution's goals of excellence and innovation.
