The ideal candidate will be a creative, data-driven marketer with a passion for delivering exceptional online experiences.

Objectives

·      Marketing Campaigns

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and external agencies to design and implement effective digital marketing campaigns.

Develop compelling email campaigns and Instagram Story content that drive traffic to the website and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Support the creation of content for customer training sessions and webinars.

Innovate beyond traditional marketing strategies by recommending and executing new tactics such as SEO, LinkedIn advertising, display ads, and content marketing.

Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

 

·      Project Management

Oversee the development and execution of marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed. Projects may include annual marketing calendars, special marketing initiatives, and internal marketing projects.

Lead special projects such as website enhancements, brand development, direct-to-consumer sales initiatives, and more.

 

·      Shopify Administration

Manage and maintain the Shopify platform, including updating product images, optimizing the backend, and integrating third-party applications as needed.

Monitor and analyze Shopify performance metrics to ensure an intuitive, accurate, and visually appealing customer experience.

Identify and implement strategies to enhance the customer journey and maximize online sales.

 

·      Plan and coordinate photography shoots. (*as needed.)

o  Coordinate date/time with the photographer and talent.

o  Ensure execution of the photography shot list.

o  Coordinate amenities for photo shoots (i.e. lunch, payment, etc.)

 

 

Job Requirements

·       Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Word, Excel, etc.).

·       Strong experience with Instagram and graphic design tools such as Canva. Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is an added advantage.

·       Prefer experience in working in Shopify or other e-commerce systems as well as integrating with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) into outbound marketing campaigns.

·       Creative problem-solving skills with a self-starter attitude.

·       Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.

·       Ability to quickly learn and adapt to Astral's and its customers' systems, including Shopify, SFDC, ClubReady, etc.

·       Receptive to feedback and direction, with the flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the business, including occasional travel.

·       Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

·       Physical ability to lift and move items weighing 15-40 lbs. if needed.

 

Hours: Salaried position – full time hours M-F between 8am and 5pm

Reports to: CFO, Head of Strategy
