Marketing Coordinator

Type: Full Time - 100% in office

Lexington, KY Metropolitan area

Position Overview: As a Marketing Generalist, you will contribute to a wide range of marketing activities, from creating content to analyzing campaign performance, coordinating events, and more. Your work will support our broader marketing strategies and help drive the success of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on creating and rolling out marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.
  • Write and produce content for different marketing channels, such as blogs, social media, email newsletters, and website copy, to attract and engage our target audience.
  • Perform research on market trends and competitors to provide insights that will guide our marketing decisions and strategies.
  • Assist in planning and executing events like trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities, ensuring they run smoothly and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, analyze the results, and provide recommendations to enhance future campaigns.
  • Contribute to maintaining a consistent brand image across all marketing channels, reinforcing our company’s identity and message.
  • Handle various administrative tasks for the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings, managing materials, and coordinating team activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
  • Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or event coordination is advantageous.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
