What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be working on-site from our modern New Berlin office location; just minutes from I-94.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with selling and distributing Halder hand tools.
  • Developing suggested listing for specific customers and outside sales reps based on industry.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of Halder items on customer platforms.
  • Assist with the maintenance and monitoring of B2C websites as well as customer E-Commerce platforms.
  • Assist with inventory planning based on past and projected sales. 
  • Work closely with Halder sales and marketing teams in Germany. 
  • With guidance from Product Sales Managers, become a product expert & provide support to both internal & external teams.
  • Execute and monitor quotes & sales along with goal-planning and forecasting.
  • Identify potential customers, generate leads, and collaborate with team members in bringing to closure; using CRM software to document pertinent customer information.
  • General marketing efforts including planning for and attending tradeshows.
  • Learn our product applications within the market, identifying gaps and opportunities with current customers.

 

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 2-5 years of related industry experience in sales and marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related discipline preferred. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; integrity and honesty are a must.
  • Experience in selling tools or consumer goods to distribution channels is preferred. 
  • Knowledge of E-Commerce sales channel is a plus.
  • Proficient in software programs including MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Equally productive working with a team and as an individual.
  • Strong customer service orientation, meeting the needs of the customer and end user alike.
