Job Overview:

The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing Cardin McCoy’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role requires a deep understanding of social media metrics, trends, and best practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Content Planning: Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.


Content Oversight:

  • Content Curation: Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of engaging and high-quality content, including posts, stories, videos, and live streams.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity.
  • Engagement Monitoring: Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, responding to comments and messages promptly.


Performance Analysis:

  • Metrics Tracking: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to the executive team, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use insights from analytics to refine and optimize social media strategies.


Community Management:

  • Audience Engagement: Foster a sense of community by engaging with followers, encouraging user-generated content, and building relationships with key influencers.
  • Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries and complaints on social media, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Brand Ambassadors: Identify and collaborate with brand ambassadors and influencers to expand reach and drive engagement.


Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists and content creators, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual content and storytelling.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
