Creative Sample & Production Coordinator

About the Position

The Creative Sample & Production Coordinator acts as the liaison between merchants, the creative team, and creators to ensure coordination and accountability for Samples.

Responsibilities

INTERNAL PHOTOSHOOT SAMPLE COORDINATION

  • Approximately 20-25 hours a week
  • Input and manage samples into the systems, from style numbers to swatches, and ensure all information is correct
  • Assist team in determining which items need to be shot on each shoot using sample arrival dates and image deadline dates
  • Manage Samples through the full lifecycle of sample to color correction.
  • Coordinate sample pass-off to Brand, manage tracking and shipping to and from shoots, coordinate sample from shoot to retouching (with Color correction), and then retouching to go live, as well as when the sample is passed back to merch team
  • Pre-shoot style out meetings with Stylist Craft merchant review schedule
  • Take photos of fit models during meeting for merchant review
  • Order any pairing pieces or stock needed for photoshoots

SOCIAL PHOTOSHOOT COORDINATION

  • Approximately 10-15 hours a week
  • Organize briefs & outreach to creators for organic & paid, including contracts and invoices
  • Send Samples or order stock for Social Creators Organize affiliate promo codes for creators
  • Monitor PR inbox and engage with creators on social on a regular ongoing basis

  • Highly organized with a passion for fashion
  • Strong ability to understand social & content creation
  • Strong decision-making capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills; excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
  • Attention to detail - demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and consistency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy and the ability to utilize business programs as needed to conduct business
  • Ability to prioritize effectively

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Preferably an internship or 1 year relevant experience
