Summary: The Tebow Group is looking for a mission-driven social media expert who will lead and manage our social media content team. We are seeking a motivated individual with 5+ years of marketing experience in managing social media platforms. Salary for this position is based on experience, with a range of $80-120K annually. This full-time role is based in Jacksonville, FL and remote employees will not be considered. The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative leader focused on driving revenue and building our audiences. The Tebow Group Social Media Director will identify the needs of the audience and develop content strategies that offer solutions to consumer problems. Alongside our Creative Director, this individual will keep our platforms relevant and build brand integrity.

Top Five Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, Build & Manage Social Media Team

  3. Develop Social Media Strategy
  4. Collaborate with the Creative Team
  5. Find New Ways to Stop the Scroll

Responsibilities:

  • Connect cultural relevancy, insights and thought-leadership to help reach new audiences.
  •  Pivot between strategy and execution to ensure marketing campaigns and projects meet strategic objectives and are executed flawlessly.
  • Build and deploy a strategic social approach that identifies the audience and engages them through innovative, clear, and unique content contextual to Tim's brand and the platform.
  • Initiate, direct, capture, edit, and post social media videos. The curation of authentic and in-the-moment content may require traveling with Tim Tebow, including evening and weekend availability.
  • Work with various team members to create fun and engaging ways to interact with the community to drive audience conversation, interaction, and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute community strategies to actively engage the Tebow’s and others’ audiences across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok, Twitter/X and any other digital platform.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of content calendars.
  • Research and share knowledge of cultural insights and audience needs, behaviors, and attitudes.
  • Analyze community metrics and utilize them to formulate and execute growth strategies to increase followers and engagement. Be proactive in identifying areas of opportunity to optimize the team and gain efficiencies
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, creativity, innovation, and fun.


Qualifications:

  • Desire to be a part of a mission-driven organization (Much of our marketing and storytelling is focused on Christian and ministry content.).
  • Must be interested in internet/social media culture and familiar with the latest trends and have experience managing multiple platforms.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with influencer or celebrity marketing experiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm to evolve skill sets by continually researching cultural
  • insights and new trends.
  •  Exemplary organizational and time management skills, ability to track and monitor multiple projects.
  • Understanding of Google Workspace, Slack, and Monday.com.
