Responsibilities:

1. Developing Strategic Marketing Plans:

   - Create comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Langmuir Systems' overall objectives.

   - Identify target markets and segments and drive demand generation to ensure consistent growth.

   - Provide leadership with analytical data and reports to support efforts and strategies implemented.

   - Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against ROI and KPIs.

- Manage digital content creation, both internal and external partners

- Lead affiliate and sponsor programs to drive benchmark engagement with customers


2. Brand Management:

   - Maintain and enhance Langmuir Systems' brand identity.

   - Ensure brand consistency in messaging, visuals, and customer interactions.

   - Develop positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audiences.


3. Digital Marketing Leadership:

   - Oversee digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media.

   - Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve KPIs

   - Stay updated with digital marketing trends and technologies.


4. Market Research and Analysis:

   - Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

   - Use market insights to identify new opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.



Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Director of Marketing or similar role, preferably in ecommerce 

- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and best practices.

- Proficient experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google, Facebook, and others

- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Experience with industrial equipment, tools, machinery or other similar products

- Proficient in Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PowerBI

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
