MAIN PURPOSE:

We are seeking an experienced CRO and UI/UX expert with 3-5 years of experience setting up, operating and optimizing Shopify Plus (required) to join our expanding E-Commerce team.


The successful candidate will take over the Product Roadmap and have a mind towards long-term project management, optimization and A/B testing. Able to build the suite of tools they need from the ground up, the Director of E-commerce will implement a regimen of templating, analysis and testing that will help to improve the online experience for the Marc Fisher customers as well as the overall revenue generation capability across all owned web and communications channels (email, sms, push, etc…)


RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A/B Testing & CRO – 3-5 years of demonstrable experience improving conversion rates and customer experience in a Shopify or Shopify Plus environment.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on Storefront & Theme Ownership: Detailed and demonstrable understanding of Themes, Metaobjects, Metafields and the interrelationship between the three. Must have experience with extensible checkout versions 1.0 and 2.0 as well as online store 2.0.
  • App Stack Management- Complete familiarity with the Shopify App Store and major touchpoints like Flow, Klaviyo, Fraud Control, Order Exports, Stock Sync, Loyalty, Reviews and all other major application tracks for Shopify. Experience managing external development resources preferred.
  • Project Management and Product Roadmap – 2 to 3 years developing and advancing a Product Roadmap with demonstrable results in an environment where priorities can change from time to time but where long-term consistency is key to success.
  • Scale and Optimization Cadence: Ability to create, with demonstrable background, a process to present, analyze, propose, test and rollout features and customer-facing revenue generators on a regular repeating basis.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and QA. Manage UAT processes, as well as the versioning and iteration of UI/UX elements, to create exceptional customer experiences.

  • Salary range $145,000 to $165,000 - pay considerations are based on various factors unique to the candidate, including: skillset, years of experience, qualifications, certifications, and more.
