Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team (focusing on Southern California). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, as well as a passion for the beverage industry. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, generating new leads, and closing sales.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new leads
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts
  • Generate proposals and close sales
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Host brand tastings, demos, & trade events
  • Track and report on sales performance
  • Attend trade shows and industry events
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the beverage industry
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong drive and motivation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
