SUMMARY

Assists in the implementation, application, and continual improvement of the Quality System in terms of ISO 9001:2015 compliance, lean concept, customer requirements and other regulatory requirements for PT business.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


Work closely with each department to define measure, analyze, and establish root cause(s) and implement permanent improvements which yield greater flexibility, lower costs, and improved customer satisfaction.


Participates in the audits of field performance against system standard processes to identify and realize improvement opportunities both in terms of performance compliance and process suitability.


Assists in the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of the Quality System documentation in accordance with ISO requirements and other regulatory bodies governing PT business (e.g. CTPAT) and internal business objectives.


Generates reports that assess, diagnose, and measure established systems to meet customer needs and reduce variation.


Assists the Training Coordinator and Team Leaders and performs work as an instructor on quality issues, as required.


Participates in the training of the Talent Development Program students with Quality principles and processes.


Participates in performing internal audits with the Internal Audits team, such as ISO compliance audits and Grid Process Walk audits.


Compiles statistical data and writes narrative reports summarizing quality assurance findings as needed.


Performs Document Control functions including, but not limited to the following: update, maintenance, distribution and archiving of controlled documents.



Participates in the identification and implementation of continual improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of the position, other departments, and the company.


Performs other related projects as assigned by Management or QA supervision.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
