Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at FFP. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular quality control checks on ingredients, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards.
  • Sample Preparation and Analysis: Prepare and analyze samples to identify any quality or safety issues.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control checks, sample analysis, and any quality or safety issues identified.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with production, operations, and logistics teams to ensure that quality and safety standards are met.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality and safety procedures and protocols.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, qualitative analytical skills, quantitative capability, sensory and organoleptic experience, knowledge of GMPs and manufacturing, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
