We are looking for an experienced product marketing manager to join us on our mission to transform the way specialty construction contractors do business. This role sits within the Marketing team at Knowify, and is focused on driving product adoption and engagement.
As the Sr. Manager of Product and Community Marketing, you will work closely with Product, Customer Success, Design, and other cross-functional teams to help Knowify enter new markets and build a stronger brand among trade contractors in North America.
Skills and experience
- Are proactive and ready to manage up, pulling other teams into your strategies for product adoption and community development, as needed.
- Are a creative thinker willing to approach a unique client-base with unique solutions—you’re not stuck working in rigid frameworks.
- Are comfortable jumping between tactical and strategic work as needed, and managing your time and calendar to effectively make time for both.
- Love talking to customers every day, to better learn about their lives, businesses, and the problems that you can help solve.
Responsibilities
- Own the go-to-market process for our flagship product and the add-ons that supplement it:
- Regularly evaluate pricing & packaging, and update as needed
- Refine messaging and ensure it is consistent across owned channels
- Along with product, coordinate and execute launch campaigns for new products
- Create and manage a new community-based marketing channel with owned goals of building brand awareness and driving product interaction within our ICP.
- Help improve customer satisfaction and retention through product awareness and adoption in our existing customer base.
- Share learnings and requirements with our Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to help continually improve the customer experience through product and interactions with our team.
- Understand the metrics upon which the success of the above programs is measured, and be ready to report on these metrics regularly, with the help of a data and operations team.
Requirements
- Qualified candidates will have 4-8 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally early stage.

We are a remote company with offices in New York and Barcelona, and look to hire roles in specific cities due to time differences and the opportunity to meet in person more often, if desired.
