The product marketing team works on creating compelling positioning and marketing content to support product launches and campaigns that will help customers do more with generative AI. We look for ways to measure the impact of our work on service adoptions. This helps us manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high-quality deliverables.
This role has preference to sit in Seattle, WA but is open to sit in Boston, MA and Santa Clara, CA USA. Relocation is offered to these locations only from within the USA.
Key Job Responsibilities
- You will be part of the team responsible for defining our positioning and messaging to customers who are in the process of deploying generative AI with Amazon SageMaker, our flagship machine learning service.
- You will create compelling content to help customers understand the use cases and value propositions, and build the right programs to increase customer engagement and service adoption.
- You will help define the strategy for how we reach our customers as they build using Amazon SageMaker.
- You will work closely with AWS customers to understand how they are deploying Amazon SageMaker.
- You will work closely with various teams to identify strategic customers and link with our generative AI messaging.
- You will get to work on a rapidly growing business and have a big impact every day.
A Day in the Life
- Drive messaging and positioning for Amazon SageMaker and related services.
- Craft & develop audience-specific messages, content, and tools (eBooks, presentations, webinars, etc.).
- Develop and execute breakthrough product marketing activities that effectively reach target audiences.
- Work effectively across AWS with groups such as product, digital marketing, and sales.
- Continuously measure and optimize product marketing initiatives.
- Lead a team of marketers focused on developing the best materials to win in the marketplace with generative AI.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau
- 7+ years of product marketing experience in software or technical domain with 2+ focused on AI/ML domain
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
