JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Inside Sales Account Executive at COSMEDIX, you will play a pivotal role in the company’s growth and in transforming the skincare experiences of our customers. This role will be a valuable liaison between COSMEDIX and our Spa Partners. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and ultimately closing sales deals.


The ideal candidate shines in a dynamic environment, has a strong sense of initiative, and demonstrates clear and effective communication. Your role as an Inside Sales Account Executive is not just about selling skincare products; it’s about building trust, delivering outstanding service, and making a real difference in the lives of our clients. We are open to location.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales leadership to define and refine the overall sales strategy, including setting revenue targets, and market penetration goals.
  2. Sales Prospecting & Market Analysis: You will identify potential customers through market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. By leveraging various resources and strategies, you will compile a curated list of potential clients.
  3. Sales Process Optimization & Forecasting: You will evaluate and improve the sales process and evaluate the readiness and interest level of each lead, allowing you to prioritize your efforts and allocate your time effectively. This will allow you to provide regular updates to leadership to support your sales forecast.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Building relationships is at the core of your role. You will leverage the CRM platform to ensure all customers and leads are engaged in a timely manner.
  5. Product Knowledge: A thorough understanding of our products and brand is essential. You will stay up to date on our product offerings and be able to provide detailed information, benefits, and solutions to potential clients as well as provide competitive industry knowledge to support confidence of brand positioning.
  6. Sales Presentations: Whether in person or through virtual channels, you will conduct engaging and informative sales presentations. Your goal is to articulate the value of our products and address client needs effectively.
  7. Sales Closing: Successfully guide leads through the sales process, overcome objections, address concerns, and ultimately close deals. Achieving or exceeding sales targets is a key performance indicator.
  8. Team Collaboration: Working in tandem with cross-functional teams, you will provide valuable feedback and insights derived from your interactions with customers. There will be a high level of communication with Brand and EDU to establish priorities for launches and promotions. You will collaborate with the Field Sales Account Executive team on brand and account growth strategy.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of industry experience or Inside Sales experience.
  • Aesthetician License required.
  • CRM experience with the management of the lead-prospect-conversion process.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strategic thinker that is motivated, results-oriented, and a self-starter.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
  • Proactive and adaptable with a commitment to excellence.
