Data Analyst

Leftbank Art is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data from various sources to support business decisions. A critical component of this role is the required knowledge and experience with HubSpot CRM, Sage 100 ERP, and Power BI for data visualization. This position is strictly in-office, with no option for remote work.


Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various business systems.
  • Generate actionable insights and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize business processes and performance.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key metrics using Power BI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to identify data needs and support their initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate data records within HubSpot CRM and Sage 100 ERP systems.
  • Cleanse and organize data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Provide regular data updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support data migration, integration, and other related projects involving HubSpot CRM, Sage 100 ERP, and Power BI.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy regulations, and internal data policies.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis as requested by various departments.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field or equivalent certification + professional experience (3-5 years)
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (reporting, data management, automation) and Sage 100 ERP (financial, inventory, and operational modules).
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI for creating data visualizations and interactive dashboards.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an in-office team environment.


Technologies

  • Experience with data integration between HubSpot CRM, Sage 100 ERP, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with additional data analysis tools such as Python or R.
  • Proficiency in MS SQL Server and T-SQL for database querying and management.
  • Experience with Azure Data Studio, Azure Synapse, and Microsoft Power Platform/Power Automate for data management and automation.
