In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating and executing our events, managing communications tactics, and enhancing member engagement.


Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of NYSRA signature events, regional events, and online education, with tasks including but not limited to:

  • Event database management
  •  Arrangement of event logistics
  •  Research on industry trends, programming ideas, and speakers
  •  Post-event follow-up and event review

Assist in management and execution of NYSRA internal and external communications, with tasks including but not limited to:

  • Creation and management of PropFuel membership campaigns
  • Processing Alcohol Training and Awareness Program certifications
  • Weekly internal schedule requests
  • Management and distribution of new member communications, Chapter communications, and quarterly membership invoices
  • Management of email database contacts

Assist other staff members as needed.

Other tasks as directed by the Member Education and Events Director.



Qualifications

Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, open communication, and a willingness to support and assist team members to achieve collective objectives. Actively participates in team meetings, offers constructive feedback, and collaborates on problem-solving initiatives.

Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Ability to travel occasionally.

Proficient in the following software:

  • Microsoft Suite
  • Google Suite
  • Canva
  • Zoom
  • Constant Contact

Self-motivated, ability to excel in a hybrid work environment.
