Position Overview
We are in search of a proactive and innovative Marketing Communications Specialist to enhance our organizational outreach and engagement.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing a diverse range of marketing materials, including but not limited to eBooks, white papers, webinars, live events, and other content that showcases thought leadership.

This position demands a unique combination of exceptional communication abilities, knowledge of the financial sector, change management expertise, and marketing skills to effectively position our brand in the market, attract new potential members, and facilitate seamless internal communication.


Key Responsibilities

Management of Internal Communications:
Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy that reinforces our brand, organizational objectives, values, and culture. Ensure that all team members are well-informed and engaged.

Establish an ongoing approach to gauge employee sentiment, including analyzing feedback from engagement surveys and creating additional avenues for gathering team member insights.

Drive the initiative to ensure that our brand values are consistently reflected in all internal communications throughout the organization.

Create clear, engaging, and informative communications for all staff, utilizing formats such as digital videos, newsletters, emails, and internal announcements. Ensure effective communication channels within the organization to promote a sense of community and transparency. Integrate change management principles into internal communication strategies to support organizational transitions effectively.

Content Creation and Management:


Lead the development of high-quality content (eBooks, white papers, webinars, live events) that addresses the financial needs and challenges of our audience.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce materials that position the organization as a leader in financial solutions and an employer of choice.

Oversee the content production schedule, ensuring timely creation and distribution of materials. Work alongside Digital Marketing Specialists to coordinate member-facing promotions and external marketing efforts. Monitor the performance and effectiveness of content, utilizing analytics to guide future strategies.

In collaboration with senior leadership, develop, manage, and provide both proactive and responsive public relations communications as necessary, including creating and executing a seasonal calendar of events that require PR efforts for promotion and awareness to media and other external organizations.


Event and Webinar Coordination:
Plan, execute, and facilitate live events and webinars that engage our community and promote financial literacy and solutions. Collaborate with external partners and speakers to deliver valuable and relevant content for our audience. Actively participate as a member of the core planning team for organizational meetings and events.
