UMH-Sparrow, Mid-Michigan’s only community-owned and community-governed health system, is looking for a seasoned and strategic finance leader for two community hospitals.

Opportunity Highlights:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field required (CPA or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
  • Experience working within a highly matrixed organization.
