**Job Summary**

As an **Executive Director of Store Operations**, you will be responsible for leading your team to achieve Company objectives, building brand recognition, and driving business growth. You will oversee store performance, coach and develop Team Members, and maintain a visually pleasing and professional atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Oversee and coach Team Members to build new business and maintain store profitability
  • Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards
  • Lead your team to reach or exceed sales goals by extending loan or pawn products to consumers
  • Supervise and maintain office security and conduct proper opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations
**Requirements**
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least two years of experience and proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries
  • Operations experience in a leadership capacity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid and current driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations
