Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of leading and executing large-scale project financing deals.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Must be willing to help promote a culture of high moral standards (work ethic, work product, and ingenuity).
  • In-depth knowledge of project finance structures, financial modeling, and risk management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-entity, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining complex project proforma using MS Excel.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities.
