Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a District Sales Coordinator at Aflac. The DSC will be responsible for:

  • Training & leading team members
  • Driving new accounts by overseeing & leading prospecting pipelines & activity
  • Insuring excellent customer experience & service
  • Weekly team projections
  • Team coaching according to performance metrics
  • Identifying and capitalizing on account penetration and product line opportunities
  • Collaborating with Brokers and Broker Sales Professionals


Qualifications

  • current Arkansas Life & Health insurance license, or ability to obtain required
  • Sales Coordination, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Sales and Sales Operations skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
