Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled District Sales Manager to join our team at HeartFlow, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our cutting-edge technology in the coronary artery disease diagnostics market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop a pipeline of opportunities within the assigned geography, schedule sales calls to meet with current and potential customers, and manage the sales process of HeartFlow into new centers.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with Interventional Cardiologists, Cardiologists, Radiologists, referring physicians, and other key clinical stakeholders to grow and develop business.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the commercial team to develop detailed plans and strategies for HeartFlow adoption and penetration within the assigned geography.
  • Team Management: Coordinate priorities and activities of a team that includes CT Applications specialists, Implementation Managers, Field Billing Specialists, and others to drive sales, increase adoption, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather 'voice of customer' input to guide product development and market strategy.
  • Technology Management: Utilize CRM software to manage all facets of business, including sales leads and activities.
  • Travel Requirements: This is a home-based position with up to 30-50% travel.
Requirements
  • Education: BA Degree
  • Experience: 10+ years of healthcare and/or business-to-business sales experience in a cardio/cardiovascular environment, with medical device sales experience required.
  • Skills: Proven sales skills and sales achievements, experience in sales within Cardiology, knowledge/experience developing and implementing go-to-market plans, deep understanding of cardiovascular disease, strong problem-solving skills, knowledge/experience in physician education, and technical aptitude.
Compensation

This position has an estimated base salary of $150,000, total target compensation of $300,000 with no cap on variable pay, and includes stock options.
