Role Overview

Experiture is seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Designer to join our growing B2B corporate marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing visually compelling content that supports and enhances B2B marketing campaigns. This role requires a self-starter with a strong point of view who can connect complex ideas and transform them into engaging, beautiful stories that align with corporate goals and resonate with a B2B audience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Content Creation:
  • Design high-quality static and motion graphics tailored for B2B audiences across digital platforms, including blog posts, social media, emails, landing pages, and digital ads.
  • Develop motion graphics content such as GIFs, animations, and short-form videos to support corporate marketing campaigns, increasing engagement and driving results.
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for different platforms (desktop, mobile) and adhere to B2B best practices regarding file sizes, load times, and overall user experience.
  • Brand Consistency & Storytelling:
  • Maintain brand consistency across all B2B marketing visuals, ensuring alignment with Experiture’s corporate brand identity.
  • Tell compelling stories through visual content, simplifying complex B2B topics and presenting them in a way that engages corporate clients and partners.
  • Ensure that all designs reflect the corporate brand's values, positioning, and goals within the B2B space.
  • Collaboration & Creative Leadership:
  • Collaborate with Content Strategists, Copywriters, and the B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure all visuals support broader corporate marketing strategies and goals.
  • Offer a strong creative point of view and participate in brainstorming sessions, helping to shape the direction of B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Own the design process from concept to execution, confidently presenting and iterating on ideas based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Asset Management & Organization:
  • Manage and maintain a library of reusable design assets tailored to corporate marketing needs.
  • Develop visual templates that can be adapted for various B2B campaigns or communications.
  • Stay current with the latest design tools, software, and trends to continuously improve the team’s creative workflows and output.
  • Campaign Performance & Optimization:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to analyze the performance of visuals within B2B marketing campaigns, adjusting designs based on data insights (e.g., engagement rates, click-through rates).
  • Conduct A/B testing for motion and static graphics, refining designs to better serve the objectives of corporate marketing efforts.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing design, with a focus on creating B2B corporate marketing content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and how visual content supports corporate goals.
  • Proven ability to tell compelling stories and visually simplify complex B2B topics.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of working independently and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing a library of digital assets.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and B2B marketing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google) is a plus but not required.
