Job Summary: Primis are partnered with a leading real estate technology organisation seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join the team The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, maintaining customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products, we’d like to meet you
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Identify potential customers and generate sales leads.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Provide regular feedback to management on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to better inform potential customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Sales Process Management:
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Working
- Conditions: This position requires onsite in Virginia, Richmond
