The role is 4 days a week, 7 hours a day, running for about 3 months, with the potential to be extended based on performance and work load.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate small projects, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting.
  • Gather, organize, and present information from various sources to support business decisions.
  • Conduct data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and document processes to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Monitor and maintain records of web domains, trademarks, and other digital assets.
  • Assist in managing information systems for efficient tracking and retrieval of business data.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative roles, or data entry.
  • Familiarity with web domains, trademarks, and intellectual property management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn in-house software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
