Interim HealthCare is growing We are seeking a Staffing Specialist/Scheduler to round out our internal Community Staffing Team.
The ideal candidate will execute the staffing, scheduling, and daily operations of multiple facilities with healthcare staffing personnel. The role involves supporting office goals, overseeing day-to-day operations, and meeting the needs of Interim’s clients and staff.
Contract position working 20 – 40 hours per week. Core business in-office hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 am. On-call/afterhours backup coverage is remote.
Pay rate: $26 to $28 per hour, depending on experience
Essential Job Functions:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and field staff.
- Actively manage available field staff to optimize work hours.
- Communicate with multiple customers to assess staffing needs and coordinate requests.
- Evaluate staff for best placement.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Perform office functions such as attendance, documentation, and payroll.
- Market available field staff through client marketing calls.
- Stay informed on current trends and regulations for healthcare staffing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office and business goals.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Two-year degree or equivalent in training or work experience
- One year staffing/scheduling experience
