We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Registration Specialist to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a Patient Registration Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely registration of patients, maintaining confidentiality and security of patient information, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Verify patient demographic and clinical information to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Manage patient flow and facilitate efficient registration processes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and security protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in patient registration, medical records, or healthcare administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
