We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Generative AI Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying leads, specifically focusing on the application of generative AI solutions.


What You'll Do:


  • Conduct outbound outreach to generate and qualify leads for brands who can benefit from generative AI solutions.
  • Partner with Customer Success and product teams to gain a deep understanding of our generative AI offerings and their impact on customer experience.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential customers through effective communication and active listening.
  • Work collaboratively with the broader sales team to progress qualified leads through the sales funnel.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, generative AI advancements, and the competitive landscape to position our offerings effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned leads generation and qualification goals.


You're a great fit if you have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a relevant field.
  • Proven ability to identify, qualify, and nurture leads.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences.
  • A passion for generative AI and its potential applications.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed expectations.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience selling SaaS products in the CX space.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI technologies and their applications.
